In the world of home construction companies and General Contractors, David Seibers is a rare find. I can confirm what many of the other reviews say about quality, timeliness, communication and honesty. A handshake and a verbal agreement actually mean something with David. He does what he says he's going to do as opposed to many other construction professionals. Our home build project took place over about a year and we lived on the property in an RV trailer. There were times when I had to travel while my wife stayed alone in the trailer. During some unusually dangerous cold weather David stepped up and volunteered assistance to assure my wife was safe in my absence. I felt very relieved to know my wife had someone looking in on her. David did this out of solid character and being a good neighbor. You will not find a better person to do business with!
